A Practical Guide on Implementing Simulation into Healthcare Curriculum

The integration of simulation programmes and alignment with curriculum goals are critical. A curriculum development model will be adopted to help learners at the designing phase of this workshop. A few break-out sessions will be organised to help learners identify any existing educational gaps in their current practices, formulate measurable learning outcomes, develop simple scenarios with the chosen simulation designs, and gather learners to present their designed simulations as well as obtain feedback from their peers.

Develop a simple simulation systematically using a curriculum development model (Kern's model).
