Inpatient Services
- Admission to SCH can only be done through referral from partnering healthcare institutions.
- Appointment for admission is made by prior arrangement with SCH.

Documents to Bring
Please bring along the original documents of the following to register for your admission:
- NRIC / Permanent Resident document / passport
- Medical reports
- Laboratory / X-ray results
- Any other medical health reports available
- Referral letter
- Civil Servant Card
- Medical Exemption / Medical Fee Assistance / Public Assistance Card
If you have the following documents, please bring them along:
- Letter of Guarantee from Employer
- Medical Claim Authorisation Form (MCAF)
- Means-Test Declaration Form
- Medisave Account Holder's NRIC
Deposit
For non-subsidised patients, a deposit is required upon admission. The deposit amount varies with the type of services required.
Cancellation
Please notify the Business Office of any cancellation prior to your admission.
