Social Prescribing Masterclass with International Experts

Social prescribing is a healthcare approach aimed at improving wellbeing of patients. This is done by linking patients to community assets, with a view to optimise their Social Determinants of Health. In line with the national directive of Healthier SG, care plans containing social prescriptions are increasingly adopted to reshape health-seeking behaviours and lifestyles are a key component in this nationwide preventive health strategy.

This Masterclass will feature international Experts on Social Prescribing who will share on the best practices of this person-centric approach to healthcare. We will also bring together the graduates of various SCHOOL courses on Health and Social Integration, creating a fertile ground for networking, collaborative learning and support.
