Ingredients:

  • 1 small bowl of cooked brown rice
  • 1 small bowl of cooked white rice
  • 2 cups of low sodium chicken / vegetable stock
  • 4-5 pieces of medium sized dried shitake mushrooms
  • 1 block of tofu (300g), cut into small squares
  • 1 can of braised peanut (170g), drained
  • A dash of white pepper
  • Chili (optional)
  • Spring onion (optional)
  • Sesame oil (optional)
