Dr Mark Weinert is the founder of Dr Weinert Communications, a Consultant Anaesthetist, Intensive Care doctor and simulation trainer. He has extensive experience in patient safety, simulation and communication training. From 2015 to 2018, he was the strategic and medical coordinator responsible for building three simulation centres in Germany that had provided simulation training for over 3000 nursing and medical stuff annually. Dr Weinert has been involved in research, education and clinical application of simulation and communication. He is also involved in different national patient safety projects. He is an internationally recognised speaker, clinician, and has published in numerous medical journals and books.
