- Entry to the Conference is strictly by registration.

Workshop attendees are given complimentary entry to the main congress. Only 1 registration is required.

Cancellation Policy

There is a strict no refund policy on confirmed registrations. Requests will not be entertained.

Participant replacements have to be done in writing to the congress secretariat at SAC2019@singhealth.com.sg no later than 1 September 2019 and is subject to approval on a case by case basis.
- The Organiser reserves the rights to cancel any workshop should the number of participants fall below the minimum requirement. Registered participants will be notified by the Organiser via the email address provided. Affected delegates may choose to attend another workshop of equal value or opt for a full refund. In the event that the selected workshop is of a higher or lower value, the difference is to be paid or refunded accordingly.
For Abstract Presenter
- Presenters who are shortlisted for their abstract submission are required to register for the main conference.
- Early bird rates will be offered to the shortlisted presenters.
- Failure to register will result in revocation of their abstract submissions.
- Full registration fees will be forfeited in the event you withdraw after your abstract has been accepted and registration has been made.
For SingHealth and Duke-NUS Staff
- Kindly register via the online portal only if you are NOT using any other sources of funding.
- If you wish to tap on any Faculty Development Fund, kindly contact your respective fund administration office. Once approved, the SAC2019 Conference’s Secretariat will follow up with you on your registration for the Main and Pre-Conference Workshops.
- SingHealth staff tapping on other sources of funding (such as Personal Training Fund, Department Fund) will need to seek approval from your respective HRs or department administrators
before registration. The Secretariat reserves the right to reject the application if approval is not obtained.
