Dr Chong Shin Yuet is a Senior Consultant at the Department of Anaesthesiology at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and is in charge of the SGH Paediatric Anaesthesia Service. She is currently the Director of Simulation in the SingHealth Duke-NUS Anaesthesiology & Perioperative Services ACP. She leads a core group of simulation enthusiasts who conduct multidisciplinary in situ simulation crisis management workshops for healthcare teams at various locations such as operating theatres and intensive care units within SGH and SengKang General Hospital. The team also conducts simulation workshops for nurses, medical students, residents, medical officers and specialists as well as train-the-trainer courses.
