Laerdal Learning Application (LLEAP) programming styles vary from person-to-person and may also depend on scenario complexity. This workshop will explore various programming methodologies such as trends, handlers, images, labs, etc. 'Trends' and 'Handlers' are valuable, but often overlooked tools for automating scenario progression and manikin responses. Participants will go through the process of creating a “semi-automated” scenario using the SimDesigner Software.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Understand the concepts of programming scenarios with SimDesigner Software using Themes and Scenarios
  2. Understand how to create and apply 'Trends' and 'Handlers' tools
  3. Identify how to embed and transfer images, videos and labs to the patient monitor
