Mr Tsoi Shing Chi is a nurse coordinator at the Nethersole Clinical Simulation Training Centre as well as an Advanced Practice Nurse of Nursing Services Division, working in Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital of Hong Kong, with over 13 years of clinical experience in Intensive Care Unit. With a passion for clinical simulation and clinical teaching, Shing Chi has an interest in enhancing learners’ training experience by merging learning theories with innovation and has been involved in research, education and training in multi-disciplinary approaches.
Topics of interest for Shing Chi include human factors and crew resource management (CRM). He is the instructor of CRM training in the hospital he practices, and as visiting instructor of CRM training in Tuen Mun Hospital, Hong Kong.
He also teaches Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) in School of Nursing and Health Studies students at The Open University of Hong Kong, as well as has been the regular course speaker of the Hong Kong Association of Critical Care Nurses for more than 6 years.
