Ms Mas Riza is an Assistant Manager in Primary Care Integration Department, Singhealth, specifically supporting Changi General Hospital (CGH). She is part of the GP Engagement team where she manages projects and initiatives of engaging GPs in the community for CGH programmes, which includes GPFirst.
Mas Riza has 12 years of experience in healthcare under her belt, including the management of day-to-day operations of 2 polyclinics under Singhealth. Thereafter, she joined the Clinical Integration team at Singhealth Polyclinics HQ (SHPHQ), where she gained vast experience in working with healthcare partners from other regional healthcare systems, their hospitals and specialist centres.
Mas currently serves in the Secretariat for Primary Care Advisory Council (PCAC), CGH, which aims to develop primary healthcare delivery models and initiatives, as well as foster continuing relationships between acute care and primary care communities to achieve optimal health for the residents in the East.
