Partnering patients in their journey from hospital to home.

Give us your support for iWalk 2026, our annual fundraising event which aims to raise $170,000 in aid of our needy patients and their families / caregivers. Funds raised will go towards the SCH Health Fund – General Fund, which includes the following:

Supporting patients who have exhausted all other financial aid,
Patient and caregiver programmes, and
Advancing education and research to improve patient safety and quality of care.

iWalk 2026 will bring together 1,200 participants for a scenic walk along Punggol’s coastal and greenway trails, culminating in a vibrant carnival with live performances, interactive games, and family-friendly activities. It promises to be an event where purpose meets play. Eligible contributions will enjoy a 250% tax deduction, and all net proceeds will go towards the SCH Health Fund – General Fund.

Individual	Early Bird: $33 Regular Rate: $38	Early bird registration ends at 12.00pm on 31 December 2025. 10% discount for registration of 4 pax and above.
Corporate	$33 per pax	10% discount for registration of 5 pax and above. 15% discount for registration of 10 pax and above.
SingHealth Staff	$28 per pax	10% discount for registration of 4 pax and above.
