We are pleased to welcome Tampines GRC MPs, Masagos Zulkifli and Dr Koh Poh Koon to our CareLine Call Centre on 31 Oct 2020, where they learnt about the 24/7 telecare service by CGH to provide health and social support to seniors at home in the community. Minister Masagos Zulkifli also spoke with a CareLine client over the phone.
Through platforms such as the CareLine app and the Wireless Alarm Alert System (Wireless AAS) installed in the homes of the seniors, CareLine Client Service Associates are a mere call away for seniors to reach out for a friendly chat or help in urgent situations.
