The SingHealth EASE Project helps you evaluate your health and risk of future disability, by exploring how and where you travel to meet your goals in life.
The main aim of the project is to measure Life Space, which is a key measure of community mobility and a contributor to population health. It encompasses people's activity and travel patterns in order to achieve self-care, employment, and other social and recreational needs.
Studying life spaces by exploring how, where and why people travel will help inform interventions in the health, social, and environment domains. Early interventions to improve life space may serve to help seniors maintain health, build relationships, provide them with greater autonomy to meet their basic needs, and maximise their potential as contributors to society.
We are now pausing recruitment as slots have been filled. Thank you for your strong support!
