How to submit your health data?
(E.g Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, BMI data and more...)
1. Click 'Health Trackers' on HealthUP! section from Home screen
2. Access Blood Pressure on HealthUP! dashboard
3. Click ‘Send to SingHealth'
4. Please read the precautionary message and click ‘Start Here’
5. View and select the records you wish to send and click 'Next'
6. Verify the selection is correct for profile's records
7. Login via Singpass
8. Match the records to the correct person you would like to submit for
9. Verify the selection is correct for profile's record]
10. Receive Successfully submitted prompt and click 'View Submission' to review records
