One-Stop Wellness Hub for Couples and Families

Family Nexus provides a suite of health and social services to support couples and families in their marriage and parenting journey. Whether you are a couple planning to start a family, have a baby on the way or are parents of children 0 to 6 years old, Family Nexus offers something for everyone.

Family Nexus is a collaboration between the Public Healthcare Clusters, the Families for Life (FFL) Council and community-based service providers. Sites under SingHealth include Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub (managed by SingHealth) and Family Nexus@Punggol (managed by SingHealth Polyclinics).

Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub (FamNex@OTH)

Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub co-locates community health and social programmes and services to support couples and families in their health and wellness journey. It also organises regular health, marriage and parenting workshops for families.

Family Nexus@Punggol (FamNex@PG)

Family Nexus@Punggol is a one-stop site that integrates health services with navigation to relevant social services and programmes. The suite of programmes offered and other useful resources cover a range of topics, from health to marriage and parenting.
