The Severe /Difficult-to-treat Asthma, Bronchiectasis and COPD clinics provide multidisciplinary comprehensive and highly specialized care for patients with uncontrolled or severe asthma, bronchiectasis and COPD. We have wide range of diagnostic tests (lung function, fitness-to-fly testing, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, induced sputum for phenotyping asthma and COPD) and therapeutic options available. This includes use of biologics, Bronchial thermoplasty for severe asthma, pulmonary rehabilitation, bronchoscopic lung volume reduction surgery using Thermal Vapour ablation for emphysema and lung transplant. In addition, we are also actively involved in research and participate in multicentre trials to provide patients with more therapeutic options and to enhance medical knowledge.
