The Lung Centre is focused on delivering high quality clinical care in the following areas – Airway Diseases, Complex Lung Diseases, Pulmonary Infections and Thoracic Oncology. Strong support from Thoracic Support Services (Diagnostic Radiology, Thoracic Pathology, Anesthesiology and Allied Health) enable us to achieve this.

The Centre is helmed by the following specialties, which are:

  • Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine
  • Thoracic Surgery
  • Medical Oncology
  • Radiation Oncology


The Centre forms a unique platform for the collaborative work of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to meet the needs of the patient throughout the disease trajectory. Cases are discussed at a multidisciplinary meetings. Our team of specialists are experienced in the assessment and management of complex lung diseases and tumours. Besides providing clinical services to our local population, we are also a regional referral centre and a leading centre for clinical research.

The multidisciplinary SingHealth Duke-NUS Lung Centre is currently located at Basement of Block 3, Singapore General Hospital, Specialist Outpatient Clinic B.
