About the Speaker​

 

Ms KOH Bee Leng Sabrina

Ms Sabrina Koh is a Nurse Educator with critical care and medical/surgical clinical experience. Her clinical education work includes clinical workflows, patient safety, teamwork and communication, and clinical escalation through multidisciplinary simulation training. Ms Koh is the Course Director and Faculty for the Simulation Essentials for Healthcare Education (SEHE) simulation faculty course. She also conducts simulation faculty development programmes for regional simulation users focusing on scenario designs, facilitation and technical strategies.

As an active simulation educator, Ms Koh has served as a Co-Chair for the Asia Pacific Meeting for Simulation in Healthcare (APMSH) in 2013 and for the International Meeting for Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) in 2016. She currently serves on the editorial advisory board for the National League for Nursing (NLN)​ Center for Innovation in Simulation and Technology. She is also a sub-committee member for Quality and Site review, Accreditation Committee at the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSiH).

Ms Koh is the President for the Pan Asia Simulation Society in Health (PASSH) and Vice-President for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare Singapore (SSHS). She is also a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator - Advanced (CHSE-A) under SSiH.
