The SingHealth Community Forum serves as our annual platform to deepen our collaboration with our community partners in the health and social sectors. The 2026 theme of “Empowering Care: Building Healthier and Stronger Communities Together” aims to showcase how partnerships between SingHealth and the community can harness technology and co-create innovative solutions to promote integrated care in support of our ageing population. Working together with our community partners, we will empower our fellow Singaporeans to take charge of their own health, so that they can keep well, get well, and live well within our communities.
