AI.SG Empower Study

If you are aged 21 and above, clinically diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes* and hypertension, and are physically able to exercise, we need YOU in our study!

All successfully recruited participants will receive a Fitbit smartwatch to enable the tracking of fitness and health data.

Some participants will also get a chance to experience the EMPOWER app which is available on both iOS and Android platforms, as well as given personalized Health Coaching sessions with a trained nurse to optimize management of your chronic conditions Stand a chance to redeem vouchers through the mobile app!

All participants are required to take part for 18 months and complete three follow-up questionnaires at 3-month, 6-month and 9-month.

*excluding individuals under bolus insulin treatment
