Gilbert Tan

Dr Gilbert is a Family Physician, Senior Consultant and Director of Regional Clinical Services (South East) for SingHealth Polyclinics. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at DUKE-NUS Graduate Medical School and member of the Family Medicine Examination Committee in NUS.

 

Dr Gilbert has interests in elder care, mental health and chronic disease management and provides clinical oversight in SHP for these clinical services. He received the National Day Award for Public Ministration (Bronze) in 2022 and the GCEO Outstanding Clinician Award in May 2019. He likes to paint in watercolours during his free time.
