Improving value and quality of care is a shared effort across SingHealth. While the overall strategy and direction are coordinated at the cluster level, each institution plays an important role in putting these initiatives into practice. This ensures a consistent approach to improving care while allowing each institution to meet the needs of its patients and communities.

Each institution has an appointed Institution Value Lead and an AVBC admin lead to drive local delivery

Strategic support and integration: coordinate value-based care initiatives across the SingHealth network. This includes developing shared strategies, providing data and analytical support, establishing common frameworks, and maintaining resources that can be used across institutions.	Hospitals, national centres, community hospitals and polyclinics lead the implementation of these initiatives within their own organisations. Healthcare teams work directly with patients, drive local improvement efforts, and share their experiences and learning with colleagues across SingHealth.
