Cheque

• Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "SHS SINGHEALTH COMM HOSP SKCH CO MOHH" with Patient’s Name, Case / Invoice Number "95XXXXXXXX" and Payer’s Name and Contact Number on the reverse side of the cheque.
