Ingredients
• 8 slices whole meal bread
• 1 can light tuna mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons corn
• 1/2 sliced Japanese cucumber
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• Pinch of pepper

Tip: You can add tomato slices for more colours and fibre!
