· 2 cups of low sodium chicken / vegetable stock
· 4-5 pieces of medium sized dried shitake mushrooms
· 1 block of tofu (300g), cut into small squares
· 1 can of braised peanut (170g), drained
· A dash of white pepper
· Chili (optional)
· Spring onion (optional)
· Sesame oil (optional)
