Ms April Siwon LEE is a Technical Officer at World Health Organization, Western Pacific Regional Office (WHO).
As the WHO Western Pacific regional focal point for healthy ageing, April has been providing technical support to WHO member states to achieve the vision of healthy ageing. She has supported WHO member states with social and health systems transformation, community-based integrated care implementation and research. At WHO, she has also led knowledge exchange opportunities for member states and supported development of different WHO knowledge products. She is also the innovation focal point for the Division of Healthy Environments and Populations, WHO.
April has a Master of Public Health degree (Social and Behavioural Health Sciences) from the University of Toronto and has public health research experiences in Canada, China, Malawi, Kenya, and the Philippines.

Dr Caroline LIM heads the Organisation & Leadership for Social Change programme offered by S R Nathan School of Human Development at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She had spent more than a decade in banking & finance before moving into the non-profit sector and academia. Caroline teaches sustainability marketing, volunteer management, and social impact analysis to undergraduates, postgraduates and executive students. Her interests in value cocreation and community engagement led her to study and research into caregiver assemblage, community building & engagement, online fundraising analytics and social impact analysis. Caroline serves the community in different capacities such as in corporate governance at HCA Hospice Limited, as a member of the SingHealth Community Partnership Council.

Dr Sebastien LIBERT is a Consultant for the Healthy Ageing Unit at the World Health Organization Western Pacific Regional Office. He supports the implementation of the Regional Action Plan on Healthy Ageing in the Western Pacific, focusing on research collaboration with academic partners, and supporting Member States with programme implementation including social prescribing. He is a specialized social science researcher with expertise in policies, interventions and technologies for health, public health, and ageing.
