Our pharmacists work closely with doctors and nurses to ensure that our patients receive the best outcome from their medication treatment. From when they first enter the community hospital to when it's time to return home, our pharmacists are actively involved in educating caregivers and patients on the correct use of their medications.

• Medication reconciliation for new admissions and patient's own medication from home
• Review and supply of inpatient medication orders
• Medication dispensing and patient counselling for patients and caregivers upon discharge
• Provision of drug information to our doctors and nurses
