​The 1st Asia Pacific Population Health Conference and 2nd Asia Pacific Social Prescribing Conference will be held over 2 days in Academia, Singapore from 28 to 29 November, bringing professionals from all over the Asia Pacific to share knowledge and ideas, pushing the frontiers of population health.
