Health Screening

​Healthier SG Screening (previously known as Screen For Life (SFL) programme) is the national health screening programme by Health Promotion Board (HPB).  Under Healthier SG Screening, eligible Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Permanent Residents (PRs) can enjoy subsidised screening tests, recommended based on age, gender, pre-existing conditions and the last health screening date. 

Early detection of chronic conditions or risk factors will improve efforts to prevent or delay the onset of chronic diseases.

Note: For Healthier SG, we may collect and use your data to (i) facilitate your enrolment with eligible primary care providers; (ii) review your health status and outcomes to tailor strategies and plans; (iii) provide services to support your health needs; and (iv) monitor the effectiveness and outcome of our efforts.

We may also disclose your data to third parties who need your information in order to facilitate your participation in Healthier SG or provide services to support your health needs. We may share your data with family doctors and community partners where necessary to support your care and health outcomes.

The data may include identifiable data, including data on your care components and health status.
