Marriage and Parenting Programmes


The Families for Life (FFL) Council under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) is a key partner for Family Nexus. Families for Life aims to build strong and resilient families by strengthening family bonds through fun family events, useful marriage and parenting programmes, informative resources and interesting campaigns.

Soon-to-wed/ newly-weds

Prevention and Relationship Education Programme (PREP) / (ePREP*)

*ePREP is complimentary

Build a strong and lasting relationship by setting a good foundation through PREP, an evidence-based programme covering important communication and conflict-resolution skills. Couples who complete PREP will receive a $140 rebate.

If you prefer to complete it at your own pace in the convenience of your home, opt for ePREP, a complimentary online version of PREP. It comprises 6 self-learning sections that you can complete at your own time over 3 months.

These marriage programmes cover roles and expectations, family planning, financial planning, and will equip you with knowledge and skills for a strong marriage foundation.

Prepare/Enrich (P/E)

Marriage Enrichment Programme (MEP)

(complimentary)

Keep the spark glowing by empowering yourself with the knowledge of strengths and growth areas in your marriage with the help of a Certified Facilitator and the evidence-based P/E assessment inventory tool.
