1	Positive Parenting Programme 1-to-1 Consultations	By appointment 4 sessions over 4 weeks	Parents with children living or studying in Pasir Ris/ Punggol/ Tampines who have 1-2 mild parenting concerns they’d like support with	Zoom	This parenting clinic is a one-stop avenue for parents to consult on their parenting concerns. It is free and will be conducted 1 to 1 virtually with the trainer over 4 sessions of about 45 minutes each. The programme will equip parents to confidently manage their children’s behaviour, prevent problems from developing and build strong, healthy relationships. Click here to register.

1	Craft Explorers: Holiday Fun	10.00am – 12.00pm Upcoming sessions: 6, 20, 27 December	Families with children aged 3 to 7	Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub	Looking for something to do with your child during the weekends? Drop by Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub and create fun family crafts at your own time. Redeem a stamp after each session, and complete our Craft Explorer Pass to redeem a gift! Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required.

1	Your Voice, Your Legacy: A Pre-Planning Workshop By Families for Life	6 December 2025 (Sat), 2.00pm-3.00pm	Individuals keen to take proactive steps in planning for their future	Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub	Take charge in planning for your personal care, financial matters, and legacy decisions. Learn about Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), Advanced Care Planning (ACP), CPF Nominations, and My Legacy Portal setup. Participants will understand each tool's purpose and process, and how to begin documenting these important decisions. The workshop will also help participants strengthen family communication around end-of-life and financial planning matters. Click here to register.
2	Santa’s Screen-Smart Fun By the National Institute of Early Childhood Development	13 December 2025 (Sat) Session 1: 10.00am - 11.00am Session 2: 2.00pm - 3.00pm	Families with children aged 3 to 8	Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub	Enjoy festive activities designed to foster family bonding and educate children on healthy screen time habits. Parents with preschool children and staying/ studying in Pasir Ris /Punggol /Tampines	Zoom	The Triple P programme introduces parents to the core principles of positive parenting, strategies to teach children important values and help children learn social-emotional regulation skills. The programme covers the following for parents of children aged 0-6 years old: Session 1: Power of positive parenting Confident & competent children Session 2: Raising resilient children Click here to register. By Families for Life	8 November 2025 (Sat), 2.00pm-3.00pm	Grandparents, parents and children aged 6 to 12	Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub	Participants will learn to create meaningful rituals and activities that engage the entire family from grandparents to young children, fostering quality time together while respecting each family member's interests and abilities. They will also discover practical ways to bridge generational gaps through understanding different communication styles and perspectives. This workshop is recommended for 2 or 3 generation families seeking to strengthen their connections and enjoy meaningful shared experiences. Click here to register.
