Elsa LEE Sau-ha, PhD is a social worker; Executive Director of the Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre which is operated by the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council.  She is leading a multi-disciplinary team to formulate and implement services on promotion of primary healthcare with a strong network of local partners.  She also has rich experience on different social and healthcare services for seniors.  She has edited and published more than ten practical manuals and books, including:  Handbook on Holistic Care from the Heart for People with Dementia; Rehabilitation Treatment Series - Active Exercises; Architectural Design for Senior, etc.
