Clinical Associate Professor Yeo Khung Keong is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS). He leads the MitraClip programme at NHCS, and his subspecialty interests are in interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, vascular medicine and peripheral arterial interventions.He is a Clinical Associate Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School and is the Scientific Lead for the Clinical Sciences and Database Core at the National Heart Research Institute Singapore. In research work, he is the Principal Investigator of the SingCLOUD and SingHEART studies. Clin Assoc Prof Yeo is also the Deputy Group Chief Medical Informatics Officer (Research) for SingHealth. He previously served as the Programme Director of the SingHealth Cardiology Senior Residency Programme and also as the Academic Vice-Chair (Training and Education) for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Cardiovascular Academic Clinical Programme (April 2016 to March 2021).Clin Assoc Prof Yeo is a member of the Singapore Cardiac Society; and is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), American Heart Association (FAHA), American College of Cardiology (FACC), the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology (FAPSC), the Asian Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (FAPSIC), and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI). He is the Past-Chair of the Chapter of Cardiologists, Academy of Medicine Singapore, and the Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology.
