Profile

Dr Lim Kheng Choon graduated from Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School in 2011 and is currently the Deputy Director of Neuroradiology and Head & Neck Radiology in SGH with interest in neuro-oncology and advanced MRI techniques.

He is also the Deputy Director of Clinical Operations in the Division of Radiology Sciences; he is currently an Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and an Adjunct Scientist with the Singapore Bioimaging Consortium, A*STAR.

During his training, Dr Lim was appointed Chief Resident under the Singapore Chief Resident Programme and won the Singhealth Outstanding Chief Resident Award in 2017, as well as the Singapore Publish! Award (Outstanding) 2015. He was also awarded the David Sabiston Gold Medal in Surgery Award during medical school. He was appointed Fellow of the College of Radiologists in 2015.

He contributes actively to the Singapore Medical Association (SMA) and is the Honorary Treasurer since 2020. Previously he was Honorary Secretary of the SMA.

Before medicine, Dr Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and worked in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as an Air Engineering Officer.
