Dr Cheah received his medical degrees from the Barts & The London (University of London, UK) in 2009 and completed his postgraduate degrees in internal medicine (MRCP (UK), MMed Singapore) in 2012. He has received specialist training in the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Singapore General Hospital and Changi General Hospital.

He has an interest in Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, Clinical Nutrition and Medical Education.
