Health Buddy eServices

Steps to add Dependants:

1. For Health Buddy app: Approach SingHealth Counter staff and present Caregiver and Dependant’s NRIC or Birth Cert. Staff will verify before linking in app.
2. For HealthHub e-services (e.g. Test Results) accessible via Health Buddy app:
   
   To add dependants:

• Add Family and Friends (above 21 years old)
• Add children (below 21 years old)
  IMPORTANT NOTE: Your care recipient must first add you as caregiver on HealthHub app via https://eservices.healthhub.sg/dataservices/standard/caregiver using his/her Singpass to appoint you as a caregiver in HealthHub before you can add them as dependants
