Step 1 Click More on HB homepage to select Notification Preference

Receive notifications for your Dependants
Step 1 Ensure toggle switch for Push Notification is ON for your device

  1. You will not receive SMS once you activate Personalised Notification.

  2. Please check that your device is enabled to receive notifications in your phone general settings.
