You can manage your child's appointments. You can also manage any adult/elderly dependents' appointments, as long as you have been authorised by them. Our system allows up to 8 caregivers to be authorised for any one patient.
There is no legal documentation necessary. The patient is the sole decision maker, and he/she is responsible for authorising his/her nominated caregiver. Our staff at the Clinic Registration Counter will verify and authorise the access.
If a patient has signed a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) to any other individual, that authorised person will then act on behalf of the patient, instead of the patient himself/herself.
A formal LPA documentation must be presented to our staff at the Clinic Counter for verification.
