Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) - Symptoms

Someone with OSA can present with :

  • Snoring
  • Excessive daytime sleepiness
  • Choking or gasping episodes during sleep
  • Feeling unrefreshed, even after supposed ‘enough hours’ of sleep

Other symptoms include falling asleep while driving, depression, irritation, decreased libido and morning headaches.
