My 12-year old nephew has a painful shoulder lump. This occurred after a fall. We have been seeing the Chinese physician but there is no improvement. What should we do?

He should seek medical attention. A physical examination by a physician and relevant imaging investigations 
(x-rays or scans as necessary) may be performed to evaluate the lump at the discretion of the examining physician
