In her leadership role, Professor Terry McDonnell collaborates with Chief Nursing Officers and system leaders to foster a culture of belonging and purpose among frontline clinical teams, ensuring that patients and their families receive exceptional, patient-centered care. She continues to work as a Gastrointestinal Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Duke Cancer Institute. Recognized for her empowering leadership style, Professor Terry excels in developing high-performing teams through collaboration and engagement.

The podcast is hosted by Associate Professor Goh Su-Yen and Clinical Associate Professor Tracy Carol Ayre.
Dr Goh Su-Yen is Clinical Director in the Future Health System Department and SGH 3D Design and Printing Centre (3DPC), and Senior Consultant, Endocrinology at SGH. She is also Head and Senior Consultant, SingHealth Duke-NUS Diabetes Centre, and Group Director, Innovation and Transformation, SingHealth.
Professor Tracy Carol Ayre has been Group Chief Nurse of SingHealth since 2012, helming a nursing workforce of nearly 12,000. As a nursing leader, she is pivotal in strategising and executing nursing initiatives that meet the organisation’s and nursing profession’s goals and vision. Professor Tracy’s passion is in transforming the work that nurses perform, and building a future ready pipeline of nurses to meet population needs.
