Christmas is just days away! Starting to panic as you haven't found any good recipes to cook up a storm for your loved ones yet?

Fret not! Three dieticians from SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) have come up with recipes for a three-course meal that's perfect for festive celebrations and yet provides a balanced meal. Not only are these delicious and easy to make, they are healthy too!

Starter: Butternut Squash Soup (287.2kcal per serving) by Lock Poh Leng, Senior Dietitian, BVH

Main: Cranberry Chicken (437kcal per serving) by Kua Pei San, Dietitian, SKCH
