"There is this misconception that Academic Clinical Programme (ACP) administrators primarily deal with administrative and paper work.   Beyond just coordinating and executing plans, administrators strive to advance our colleagues' work in research and education, with the ultimate aim of improving our patients' lives.   I've had the privilege to work closely with various stakeholders to build quality projects and programmes, and to come up with innovative ideas that will enhance overall patient outcomes.   I hope to promote and increase the awareness of ACPs so we can all move forward in our Academic Medicine journey as one."
