"As cytogeneticists, we not only provide a diagnosis for the patient, but also a prognosis for patient management. This brings us closer to personalising healthcare treatment for the individual patient, which is something I am hoping to establish with my studies.

I hope to constantly update my skills and knowledge in this ever-evolving area of clinical genomics. I am also excited about playing my part in educating the next generation of healthcare professionals."
