Return-to-Work Toolkit

• The Return-to-Work (RTW) toolkit serves as a valuable resource for healthcare professionals across Singapore, helping them support patients in seeking re-employment opportunities following a health event.

• This comprehensive toolkit includes four key components: 1) Why Work; 2) How to broach the topic of employment with patients; 3) Resource Directory for Healthcare Workers; and 4) RTW Mini-kit for Patients. It is designed for all SingHealth staff as well as our partners in the General Practice and private sector networks.

• The RTW initiative builds upon the foundation of the Bounce Back Lab programme, a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Health and public healthcare institutions that has helped patients restore their sense of purpose, identity, and meaningful participation in society after experiencing health challenges.
