What are some common side effects of Ivermectin?

All drugs may cause side effects. However, many people will experience no side effects or only have minor side effects. Call your doctor or seek medical attention if any of these side effects or any other side effects bother you or do not go away:

• Skin irritation

• Itchy skin rashes over your whole body

Other rare but serious side effects:

• Pain in abdomen, neck, back or joint pain
• Pain or bleeding in eyes, red eyes or change in eyesight
• Shortness of breath
• Fever, seizure, confusion, disorientation
• Trouble walking or standing
• Feeling very tired or weak
• Unable to control passing of urine or stools

If you experience any of these symptoms, you should stop your medication and see your healthcare professional immediately.

How should I store Ivermectin?

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep this medication away from children.

How do I throw away Ivermectin safely?

Pack the medication into a bag and bring it back to the pharmacy where you received the medication from.
