Aprepitant 125mg, 80mg (Emend) | For prevention of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Take it with or without food. |
Dexamethasone 4mg | For prevention of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy, anti-allergy or reduction of fluid retention due to certain chemotherapy. Take it with or after food. This medicine may cause difficulty sleeping if taken at night. Take it earlier in the day or afternoon to minimize this side effect. |
Famotidine 20mg | For reduction and prevention of gastric discomfort after taking dexamethasone. Take it with or without food.

Granisetron 1mg or Ondansetron 8mg | For prevention of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Take it with or without food. This medicine may cause headache and constipation. |
Metoclopramide 10mg | For prevention of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Take half to one hour before food. This medicine may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate any machinery. |
Olanzapine 5mg | For prevention of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Take at bedtime with or without food. This medicine may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Do not drive or operate any machinery. Get up slowly from a sitting or lying position. |
