An alumnus of the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and SingHealth Diagnostic Radiology Residency Programme, his IR training culminated in the European Board of Interventional Radiology in 2022, followed by the European Certification for Endovascular Specialists and fellowship training in interventional MRI at the New Civil Hospital, Strasbourg, France and Ludwig-Maximilians University Hospital, Munich, Germany in 2024.
His special interest lies in interventional oncology (biopsy, ablation, pain management) although he also routinely provides endovascular treatment (vascular access, angioplasty, thrombectomy/thrombolysis, embolisation).
It is his deep conviction that the local community deserves access to the full spectrum of IR care of the highest quality and is continuously working on deepening partnerships with clinicians as well as nurturing the future generation of IRs, to achieve and sustain this goal.
