Dr Teo Ken Wah is an Associate Consultant in Public Health who holds an MBBS and MPH from the National University of Singapore. He is in charge of special projects, performance management, and research and evaluation of population health programmes in the Division of Population Health and Integrated Care at Singapore General Hospital. Dr Teo is also an Adjunct Faculty at Singapore University of Social Sciences, Sessional Lecturer at the University of Newcastle, and Guest Lecturer at Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. His expertise is in systems, design and complexity methods for large scale health system change, implementation science, health systems and services research, population health and integrated care.
Dr Teo has previously held appointment at Yishun Health, where he co-developed the Health System Transformation Playbook; and MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation, where he oversaw the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a national Community Hospital Redesign sandbox.
