Dr Shaun Tan

Dr Shaun Tan is an accredited Dental Specialist in Prosthodontics by the Singapore Dental Council. He currently works as an Associate Consultant with the Prosthodontics Unit under the Department of Restorative Dentistry, National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS).

He graduated as Valedictorian from the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore in 2017 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) along with several academic awards (Dean’s List, Dr. F.A.C. Oehler’s Medal for Best Clinical Student, and University Medal for Best Student in Final Professional BDS Examination). 

He subsequently obtained his Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics in 2022 and was awarded the Prosthodontic Society Singapore Medal and Prize for being the Best Student in Prosthodontics in the Final MDS Examination.

Outside of clinical practice, he also serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Prosthodontic Society (Singapore).
